In efforts to expedite your FHA STREAMLINE REQUEST please provide the following documentation:
* Copy of your Note
**Copy of Survey
***Copy of your Previous HUD Settlement statement
Name and phone # of your home owners insurance agent
Most recent mortgage statement
* must include both signatures from buyers and sellers
** What is a survey? a survey is a unique document outline property line and easements - should be pretty easy to find
***must include both signatures from buyers and sellers
PLEASE NOTE MOST OF THE AFOREMENTIONED DOCUMENTATION WILL EASILY BE FOUND AMONGST YOUR PREVIOUS CLOSING DOCUMENTATION
